​Founder Tass Stouraitis began his career in panel beating, where he was the owner and operator of a panel shop (Richmond Super-Finish Smash Repairs).

​​Gaining extensive experience in panel beating, spray painting, exceptional customer service, and dealing with major insurance companies, this then paved the way for a successful career in assessing.

​Tass has been directly involved in the Collision Repair Industry for 27 consecutive years, and 15 of those in assessing alone.

​​Customers and former colleagues consider Tass to be highly regarded with a good reputation within the industry, and he definitely does not mind still getting his hands dirty with hands-on assessments.
